KRC Machine Tool Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and support our IT operations from our Independence, KY home office. This role is responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, providing both remote and desktop support, and ensuring the smooth operation of ERP systems, phone systems, and IT-related services. The IT Manager will also manage third-party vendor relationships for IT security, server support, and mobile device management.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote and onsite desktop support to internal teams, ensuring efficient resolution of IT issues.
Oversee and manage the company’s ERP system, ensuring smooth integration and operation across departments.
Provide phone system support, troubleshooting, and managing communication technologies.
Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and workstations.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors for IT security, server support, and mobile device management.
Ensure system security protocols are maintained and updated, including firewalls, antivirus, and other security software.
Monitor and maintain hardware and software systems, ensuring optimal performance and timely updates.
Assist with IT budgeting, procurement, and inventory management.
Provide training and guidance to staff on IT best practices and new technologies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of desktop and remote support.
Experience with ERP system management.
Knowledge of phone systems and IT infrastructure support.
Proven experience managing IT vendors, particularly in security, servers, and mobile devices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to communicate IT developments and impact projects on a company-wide level.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
Familiarity with IT security standards and practices.
