As our Co-founder/CTO, you will play a pivotal role in developing our technology, shaping our company culture, and driving CAP AI to market success.

Success in this role means leading the development of a robust, scalable AI solution that can accurately predict cancer treatment success. You will build and deploy cutting-edge multi-modal models, create a seamless AI pipeline, and work closely with the founding team to achieve regulatory alignment. Your impact will directly influence patient outcomes and position CAP AI as a leader in predictive oncology.

As a key member of our founding team, you will shape the future of CAP AI by building our core technology from the ground up. Your leadership will ensure our platform is scalable, secure, and compliant with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities:

Lead End-to-End AI Development: Oversee architecture, model training, validation, and deployment on AWS.
Build Multi-Modal Models: Integrate clinical data, imaging, and other healthcare data for accurate predictions.
Develop AI Pipelines: Ensure efficient data ingestion, preprocessing, and model scalability.
Collaborate on Product Development: Work with the founder to align tech development with business goals.
Maintain Regulatory Alignment: Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA SaMD guidelines, and cybersecurity best practices.
Mentor & Build the Tech Team: As we grow, you will recruit and lead a team of engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Proven experience with AI/ML development, model deployment, and AWS infrastructure.
Multi-Modal Model Experience: Skilled in integrating heterogeneous data for predictive analytics.
AI Pipeline Development: Expertise in creating scalable pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, and model management.
Healthcare or Regulated Industry Experience: Familiarity with healthcare data and compliance is a plus.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a technical team.
Startup Mindset: Willingness to work lean with equity upfront, salary post-funding.
Strong Communication: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
