As an IT Systems and Cybersecurity Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and securing client environments. From configuring hardware and software to implementing robust cybersecurity solutions, your role will ensure seamless operations and optimal security for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide advanced support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hardware/software issues.
User Management: Create, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Cybersecurity: Configure and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools. Perform malware cleaning and implement security best practices.
Network Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Wi-Fi systems, firewalls, VPNs, and mapped drives.
Server Management: Handle Windows Server migrations, setup, and ongoing maintenance.
Backup & Disaster Recovery: Design, implement, and monitor backup solutions and disaster recovery plans.
Software Deployment: Install and configure applications to meet client requirements.
