The Intellectual Property (IP) Compliance Analyst serves as a crucial member of the Legal team, reporting to the Associate Counsel, Intellectual Property & Regulatory Affairs. The IP Compliance Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the Legal department and other business units through the review of both new and existing consumer products across an ever-expanding set of categories, including toys, office, home décor, consumables, organization, accessories, and lifestyle in our portfolio. The IP Compliance Analyst is on the front line in terms of ensuring our products and marketing materials present across a variety of online marketplaces (i.e., Amazon, Walmart, Target) and other sales channels respect third party intellectual property rights and policies. While ensuring we have a strong defensive posture, exceptional candidates will also help maintain our own portfolio of IP, including trademarks, copyrights and patents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research, interpret, summarize, monitor, and organize consumer product-related intellectual property and compliance issues and policies related to existing consumer products in our catalog of 20,000+ SKUs and new ideas and products in development as needed. / 研究、解释、总结、监控和组织与现有消费产品目录中超过20,000种SKU相关的知识产权和合规问题和政策，以及根据需要开发的新创意和产品。

QUALIFICATIONS:

3 or more years of relevant work experience with intellectual property (i.e., copyrights, trademarks, and patents); preferably in an ecommerce, consumer products, retail business, or a closely related enterprise. / 3年以上知识产权（即版权、商标和专利）相关工作经验；最好在电子商务、消费品、零售业务或相关企业中工作。

Compensation discloses

The anticipated annual hiring range for this position is CNY 219,182.08 to CNY 273,977.60. The final salary will be based on a candidate’s experience, location, and market practices. Beyond base salary, you will be eligible for an annual incentive program, health and welfare benefits, and comprehensive time off programs, including annual leave, public holiday vacation, sick leave, floating holidays, and other perks. We aim to offer a competitive and attractive compensation package that reflects the local market conditions and ensures our employees feel valued and supported.
