Ignite Team Partners manages skilled nursing facilities across six states, providing crucial support to maintain the operational efficiency and security of our locations. Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and versatile Low Voltage Field Technician to join our team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in both IT support and security systems, including CCTV and access control. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can handle a diverse range of tasks and deliver excellent customer service to ensure smooth operations at our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software across multiple facilities.
Provide both on-site and remote IT support to address technical issues efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including CCTV and access control.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of security equipment for optimal performance.
Assess technology needs at various facilities and provide customized solutions.
Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and service requests.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

Experience:
3 to 5 years in IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as 3 to 5 years working with CCTV and access control systems.
Strong understanding of network configurations and protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with non-technical staff.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Texas as needed.

Preferred Certifications:

CompTIA A+ or Network+
Relevant certifications in security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control)
