Job Summary: The Lead Data Scientist will spearhead the data science initiatives at GhangorCloud, focusing on advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to drive business insights and innovation. This role involves leading a team of data scientists and analysts, developing and implementing data models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and data analysts.

Data Strategy and Implementation:
Develop and execute the data science strategy aligned with business objectives.
Design and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms.

Implement and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.

Qualifications

Education:
Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of leading data science projects from conception to deployment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
