Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based applications, with a preference for expertise in contact center-related applications and proficiency in Google Cloud Platform. The candidate will actively working on Proof of Concepts, Client Demos, and Consulting Engagements, working closely with our product dev, sales and client teams. Multilingual proficiency (Bilingual/English/French) is preferred. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build solutions leveraging cloud-native technologies. Implement and manage DevOps pipelines for CI/CD processes and infrastructure automation. Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Client Demos to show technical feasibility and value. Participate in client consulting engagements, providing technical expertise and support for direct sales initiatives. Troubleshoot and optimize cloud applications for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends, applying them to enhance solutions. Contribute to the integration of AI and machine learning models into cloud applications. Ensure applications and processes align with industry standards and compliance requirements Key Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years in professional development environment. Hands-on experience with cloud platform, preferably Google Cloud. Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Node.js, Python, C#. Familiarity with DialogFlow, Contact Center AI, NLU, Voice Biometrics and related technologies is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD tools, deployment pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with LangChain Framework and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred. Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, serverless computing, and microservices. Familiarity with security best practices, IAM, and compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and client-focused approach. Nice to Have: Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Developer). Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). Open-source contributions or projects related to cloud development. Advanced knowledge of cloud monitoring and cost-optimization tools.
