This is a remote position, and the corporate offices can be relocated to accommodate the right CEO. Currently offices are based in Chicago, Miami, and New York. The offices may be consolidated or moved depending on the right CEO candidate's location.

A group with access to over $300 billion in partner capital seeks a CEO for a US-based heavy equipment/truck finance, logistics/transportation, and truck/operating company. The company currently manages assets worth $1.5 billion and generates nearly $2 billion in revenue. It is expanding into other fields such as airplane and heavy and construction equipment acquisition, management, and finance, as well as innovative fintech solutions like fuel acquisition management and vehicle finance. We have a strong team of former GE Capital C level executives on board and need a strong leader to guide the group through acquisitions, new product and service launches and an IPO. Our group has extensive experience taking over 60+ companies public, including successful SPACs, and executing aggressive M&A roll-ups that achieved multi-billion-dollar exits in fintech, healthcare, insurance, finance, banking, entertainment, AI/software technology, and other sectors.

Unlike traditional logistics and finance solutions companies, this firm serves a highly diversified customer base and is not adversely affected by the loss of any single major customer, by design. It can expand and maintain its diversified approach in this multi-trillion-dollar market. The company has access to significant UHNW, family office, and institutional investment capital, with experience in forming, raising funds for, and operating investment funds. It aims to grow into a major US/global conglomerate.

The CEO will make key decisions, shape the company's culture, develop and execute acquisition strategies, drive revenue growth, innovate products and solutions, expand into new fields such as airplane and heavy equipment finance, and lead the company to a public listing.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company, overseeing acquisitions, planning and executing the public exit, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business growth, and implementing new product and service and digital and mobile transformation initiatives.

C Level / Chairman experience growing and transforming multi billion dollar enterprises is a must
