Axiom Staffing is hiring for Configuration Technician position in Alpharetta, GA

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM (role is eligible for overtime)

Pay rate: $17-19

Contract to Hire

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of one year of experience in the following areas is required:
• IT support or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment.
• Imaging and deploying computers.
• Configuring and supporting Apple mobile devices.

Desired Certifications:
• CompTIA A+
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+

Technical Proficiency:
• Experience with Windows computer imaging and deployment tools.
• Familiarity with Apple mobile device configuration and management.
• Knowledge of Cisco networking gear configuration.
• General proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues.

Working Conditions:

This is a warehouse/production environment. Work is driven by projects. Equipment varies from workplace devices, mobile devices, network devices, and some rack build as well.
