Job Summary

LANEIGE US is seeking a PR Coordinator to support the team across a wide range of exciting projects, including influencer marketing, mailers, events, brand partnerships, and more. We are looking for candidates with least 1-2 years of PR experience with beauty brands (in-house and/or agency), who are detail-oriented, highly organized with excellent time management and communication skills (verbal and written). Candidates must have a strong knowledge and genuine interest in all things beauty, influencers, social media, and pop culture. Principal Accountabilities

Support core day-to-day functions of the PR team including but not limited to: influencer campaigns, event planning/execution, product orders, giftings, invoice management, research & admin work
Management of influencer database (Traackr), influencer/media lists, trackers, budget
Identify up and coming creators for partnerships/ campaigns
Coordinate logistics for paid influencer campaigns, mailers, and affiliate programs
Support PR event planning such as invites, logistics, etc
Conduct research on competitive brands and support with reporting needs

Key Experience and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1-2 years of relevant PR experience (in-house and/or agency), especially in influencer marketing and events; experience with beauty brands a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a small, high-visibility team but also thrives working independently
Highly organized, resourceful, flexible, collaborative, creative and analytical
Excellent time-management skills with attention to detail, and ability to act quickly with a high sense of urgency
Positive, enthusiastic with a hands-on, can-do, “roll up your sleeves” attitude
Strong communication, writing, and verbal skills
A big passion and interest in beauty, influencers, pop-culture
Ability to support events locally in-person (NY) and occasionally travel domestic
Proficiency with influencer management software such as Traackr, Tribe Dynamics, etc
